1.What should I do to contact Salomon, Azzi consultants?
Once you register your résumé in the database, the Salomon, Azzi consultants will automatically have full access to your data and résumé. Accordingly, they will be able to contact you and schedule a personal visit according to availability. You can also send a direct e-mail in “Contact”.
2.What is the criterion for scheduling a personal interview at Salomon, Azzi?
Personal interviews are scheduled according to the consultants’ availability and the demand for professionals in the relevant field. Don’t be discouraged if your interview has not been scheduled yet. We do our best to serve everybody with all due care.
3.What is the criterion to select professionals for interviews?
The initial criterion is objective, i.e. only the information contained in the résumé send by the professional will be verified. We recommend always writing a comprehensive résumé (go to our “For Professionals” section and see a few tips for completing your résumé). The second criterion used is the personal interview with the professional, at which time the consultant reviews and discusses with the professional their actual adherence to the client’s requirements (technical fit, personal fit, cultural fit, and financial fit) by getting an understanding of their career path. It is important to point out that the one responsible for hiring the professional is the client, not the consulting firm.
4.What is the range of services provided by Salomon, Azzi?
Salomon, Azzi provides services in the fields of Executive Search, Executive Coaching, and Executive Assessment.
5.5. Does Salomon, Azzi provide services outside the Rio de Janeiro-São Paulo axis?
